Dr. TaMika Fuller is the Department Chair of Business at a Community College in Texas. She also teaches economics courses for undergraduate students and business courses for graduate students. Dr. Fuller obtained a Doctor of Business at ��������ʿ�����¼. 

She also holds a Masters in Managerial Economics and a Masters in Educational Leadership. Dr. Fuller has taught at the collegiate level for over 18 years. In 2023, she won the Chancellor’s Excellence in Teaching Award. She also currently serves as the Lead Faculty Facilitator for the Engaged Learning Institute. She has been a member of CEITR since 2022 and has written several white papers based on data from the Career Optimism Index.
