As we have seen in the Career Optimism Index庐 study, the past three years have been some of聽the most tumultuous for the American workforce in recent history. Workers face myriad聽challenges and barriers to the progression of their careers, and working moms are no聽exception.

In wave 3 of the Career Optimism Index庐 study, we saw that moms are:

  • Struggling more聽financially than the average worker
  • Feeling overwhelmed, having to take on聽additional jobs
  • Experiencing burnout at higher聽rates than the workforce average

What's more, their need for stability makes moms less likely to quit a job聽without having another lined up.
